- Registration is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, confirmed by ticking a checkbox in the registration form. When signing in with a Google account, information about the acceptance of these documents is displayed below the sign-in button, and using the button constitutes acceptance of those documents.
- One e-mail address may be linked to only one Account.
- The User is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data and to keep login credentials confidential. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of the User disclosing login credentials to third parties.
- The contract for the provision of services by electronic means with respect to maintaining the Account is concluded at the moment of registration, for an indefinite period, and may be terminated on the terms described in Section 14.
§5Scope of services
- The Service is provided in the following model: a free Account and a one-time paid Full Access.
- Within the free Account, the User may use: registration and maintenance of the Account, completing the profile, the Document editor, free templates and importing a CV from files.
- Full Access is a paid service, active for 30 days from the moment of activation, at the price of PLN 39 (39 zł) gross (for payments in Polish zloty) or EUR 9.50 gross (for payments in euro, available to customers from European Union member states other than Poland), additionally covering: all templates, exporting Documents to PDF without a watermark and AI features (AI document review, translations into 5 languages, AI-assisted cover letter generation).
- Full Access is a one-time purchase: it is not a subscription, it does not renew automatically, and payment card details are not stored by the Operator or used for any further charges.
- After 30 days, Full Access expires automatically, without any additional charges. The Account and the created Documents remain preserved, and downloading Documents again within Full Access requires purchasing the service again.
- The Service also provides a free newsletter: sending information about new features of the Service and tips on application documents to the provided e-mail address. Subscription takes place by ticking a voluntary consent checkbox during registration or in the Account settings. The newsletter can be cancelled at any time by unticking the consent in the Account settings or by contacting the Operator; cancellation does not affect access to the remaining services.
In short: the basic account is free. Full Access is a one-time fee of PLN 39 (39 zł) gross (payment in Polish zloty) or EUR 9.50 gross (payment in euro) for 30 days, with no subscription, no automatic renewal and no storing of card details. After the access expires, the Account and Documents remain, and only access to the paid features expires.
§6Payments
- Payments in the Service are processed by the Payment operator: Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- Available payment methods: for payments in Polish zloty BLIK, Przelewy24 and payment card; for payments in euro payment card, Apple Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
- The price of Full Access is PLN 39 (39 zł) for payments in Polish zloty or EUR 9.50 for payments in euro, and is a gross price (it includes all taxes). The Service does not charge any other fees.
- Payment card details are processed exclusively by the Payment operator. The Operator of the Service has no access to full card details and does not store them.
- A purchase confirmation is sent to the e-mail address assigned to the Account.
- A receipt or invoice is issued at the User's request submitted to hello@eveilo.com.
§7Right of withdrawal
- As a rule, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
- Full Access consists of supplying digital content and providing a service activated immediately upon payment. Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the performance has begun with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed that after the performance they would lose the right of withdrawal, and who acknowledged this.
- Before purchasing Full Access, the User consents to the immediate commencement of the performance and confirms acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. The consent is given by ticking a separate checkbox in the purchase process.
- The contract for maintaining a free Account is a contract for the provision of services by electronic means, which the User may terminate at any time by deleting the Account (Section 14), free of any charges.
The essence of this section: Full Access works immediately upon payment. By consenting at the time of purchase (a separate checkbox) to the immediate commencement of the performance, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal at the moment Full Access is activated (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights).
§8Rules of use
- The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practices.
- Documents may contain only the User's own data or data of third parties whose data subject has consented to its use.
- In particular, the following is prohibited:
- providing content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties (including copyright, personal rights, personal data),
- abusing the AI features, including using them for purposes unrelated to creating application documents, mass or automated content generation, and attempts to circumvent the safeguards of these features,
- taking actions that disrupt the operation of the Service, including attempts at unauthorised access, overloading the infrastructure or automated downloading of content.
- A breach of the above rules may result in termination of the contract by the Operator on the terms described in Section 14(4).
§9AI features
- The AI features available in the Service (document review, translations, cover letter generation, CV import) are of an auxiliary nature: they are a tool supporting the User in preparing documents.
- Content generated or processed by AI may contain errors or inaccuracies. The User is obliged to verify AI-generated content before using it, in particular with respect to the truthfulness and correctness of the data.
- The Operator does not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, nor the recruitment effectiveness of Documents created in the Service.
- The User bears responsibility for the content of the final Document, including its truthfulness.
- In order to provide the AI features, the content of Documents is transferred to an external AI service provider on the terms described in the Privacy Policy.
§10Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted to the e-mail address: hello@eveilo.com.
- A complaint should include: the e-mail address assigned to the Account, a description of the problem and, where possible, the date of its occurrence and the expected manner of resolution.
- Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
- The response to a complaint is provided on a durable medium, to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent or to the address assigned to the Account.

E-mail: hello@eveilo.com

§11Liability
- The Operator makes efforts to ensure that the Service operates continuously and correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
- The Operator reserves the right to temporary technical interruptions related to maintenance, updates or development of the Service. Where possible, interruptions are planned during hours of lowest traffic.
- The Operator is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of services resulting from force majeure, acts or omissions of the User (including providing untrue data or breaching these Terms), or from causes attributable to third parties for whom the Operator is not responsible.
- The limitations and exclusions of liability provided for in these Terms do not apply to Consumers to the extent that mandatory provisions of law do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability towards Consumers.
- Towards Users who are not Consumers, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount of the fee actually paid by the User for Full Access and does not cover lost profits.
§12Personal data protection
- The Operator is the controller of Users' personal data.
- The rules for processing personal data, including the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, data recipients and the rights of data subjects arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), are described in the Privacy Policy, available at https://eveilo.com/privacy-policy.
- The Privacy Policy is a separate document and does not form part of these Terms, but its acceptance is a condition for creating an Account.
§13Changes to these Terms
- The Operator may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular: changes in the law, changes in the scope or manner of providing services, security reasons or the need to comply with decisions of authorities.
- Users holding an Account are informed by e-mail of material changes (affecting the rights or obligations of Users) at least 14 days before the changes take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may terminate the contract during that time by deleting the Account.
- Editorial changes and changes made exclusively for the benefit of Users take effect upon publication of the new version of these Terms in the Service.
- Changes to these Terms do not affect the conditions of previously purchased Full Access periods: a service paid for before the change is provided on the terms in force at the time of purchase.
- The current version of these Terms is always available at https://eveilo.com/terms.
§14Termination
- The User may terminate the contract at any time by deleting the Account in the Account settings or by sending a request to hello@eveilo.com.
- Deleting the Account results in the permanent deletion of the User's data and Documents, except for data that the Operator is obliged or entitled to retain on the terms described in the Privacy Policy (in particular accounting data and technical logs).
- Deleting the Account during the period of Full Access does not entitle the User to a refund of the fee, subject to point 5 and mandatory provisions of law.
- The Operator may terminate the contract with a User who breaches these Terms in a flagrant manner (in particular Section 8), after first calling on the User to cease the breaches, unless the nature of the breach justifies immediate termination.
- If the Operator ceases to provide the Full Access service before the end of the paid period, the User is entitled to a proportional refund for the unused period.
§15Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, among others through consumer ombudsmen or provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection.
- The Consumer may also use the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- The Operator declares its willingness to resolve disputes amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are settled by the competent common courts.
- If any provision of these Terms proves invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force, and the defective provision is replaced by a valid provision closest to its purpose (severability clause).
- These Terms in version 1.0 enter into force on 24 August 2026.
